Curriculum Content Moderator

About the role

Lumai is an education technology platform focused on making learning more engaging, accessible, and effective for school students.

We are looking for a Curriculum Content Moderator who enjoys working with educational content and understands how students learn. You will help maintain the quality of worksheets, questions, answers, and explanations across K–12 subjects.

You will work with AI-assisted content creation tools, review generated material against school curricula, and help improve the overall learning experience.

This is an opportunity for fresh B.Ed. graduates to apply their academic knowledge while gaining practical experience in EdTech and AI-powered education.

What you’ll do

• Review and validate sytem generated questions, answers, explanations, and worksheets
• Verify factual accuracy, grammar, clarity, and age appropriateness.
• Ensure content aligns with CBSE and State Board curricula.
• Identify incorrect, duplicate, ambiguous, or poorly structured questions.
• Review difficulty levels and expected learning outcomes.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to assist with content research and improvement.
• Maintain consistency and quality across subjects and grades.
• Report content issues and suggest improvements

What we’re looking for

• B.Ed. qualification; fresh graduates are welcome
• Good understanding of K–12 school curricula, particularly CBSE or State Board
• Comfortable using computers, browsers, spreadsheets, and online applications
• Basic familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify content errors
• Good written English and communication skills
• Ability to independently verify AI-generated information
• Willingness to learn new educational technologies
